Allegheny Outfitters, located in Warren, Pennsylvania, recently moved and expanded operations from its small storefront canoe, kayak and backpacking shop on one end of Warren, and its livery side of operations on the other side of town, into one big building right on the banks of the Allegheny River downtown.
