Visiting Hector Falls

An “off-the-beaten-path” hike leads you to the remote Hector Falls, a natural waterfall and boulder formation in the ANF, near the town of Ludlow. Very much worth the venture, don’t head out until you’ve studied trail directions.

Things to do

The best time to go is after heavy rainfall, and in Springtime following the melting of snow. Pack a picnic to sit at the base of the falls, and enjoy a vigorous hike along the rock formations.
