    If you're into railroads, iron furnaces, or oil wells, the Pennsylvania Wilds is the place for you. One of the ways we define our region is by its extensive industrial history, and a roadtrip here means you'll get to see and experience a vigorous past. If your tastes are more general, then you're still in luck. The heritage of the Pennsylvania Wilds is evident in our architecture, institutions, and museums. A visit to any of our towns promises a wealth of interesting artifacts and structures.
