Cherry Springs State Park - So dark, the Milky Way casts a shadow!
Named after the large stands of black cherry trees, Cherry Springs State Park is known for exceptionally dark skies. Having a spectacular 360* view with no light pollution, the park has received several outstanding titles including "Gold Level International Dark Sky Park".

If the sky is unfavorable for stargazing, an alternative program may be held. Any of these programs may be cancelled in the event of severe weather.
The weather can be cool and damp, dress accordingly. Pets are prohibited at Night Sky programs.
