Clarion Little Toby Creek Rail-Trail
RIDGWAY, PA
The 18-mile rail-trail meanders along the wild and scenic Clarion River and Little Toby Creek through Elk and Jefferson Counties, between the charming small towns of Ridgway and Brockway. This is one of the most scenic rail-trails in PA. Spectacular mountain river vistas, mountain scenery, wildlife, historical signage and a swinging bridge across Little Toby Creek enhance the user's experience. Experienced hikers, mountain bikers and cross-country skiers will appreciate the length and variety of the trail, while novices will love the easy grade. Surfaced with crushed limestone, perfectly flat! Hike, bike, ski! Please use caution near Tapawingo, where 1.8 miles of the trail follows along side an active rail line.
