December 7-9, 2018, take time to meander the gas-lit Main Street of downtown Wellsboro, ride the trolley (for free) and visit 24 displays of historic ornaments made locally in the early 1940’s. Christmas on Main Street provides an opportunity to learn how Wellsboro saved Christmas during World War II.

In addition to featuring and celebrating Wellsboro’s ornament-making heritage, the event will feature a variety of activities to suit all ages, including: photos with Santa, a game night at Pop’s Culture Shoppe, Christmas Carol singalongs, craft vendors, and other entertainment.

Festivities will take place:

  • 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, December 7;
  • 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, December 8; and
  • 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, December 9.
